We suggest that April- October weddings start around 5 PM. Both our outside Ceremony location and greenhouse are shaded at that time and will be more comfortable for guest. November- March months there is more flexibility for an earlier Ceremony between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM

You must use a licensed and Insured caterer and bartender.
You must have an approved wedding planner or Coordinator. Its up to you who you use, we just wan’t make sure they are a professional. It will be worth it!

Client must purchase event insurance in the amount of $1,000,000. Proof of coverage is required to be submitted with signed Agreement and First payment.
It’s easy to get and only cost an average of 250.

Price includes venue rental as well as tables and chairs for up to 150 guest.

When the contract is signed, to continue holding the date, we require a $1,000 booking fee to be paid. Twelve months prior to the event 50% of the remaining fee will be due. The final installment will be required 60 days prior to the event.

We kindly request that all tours are by appointment only. You can request a tour here.

For Friday and Saturday weddings all guest must be gone by 11:00 PM. Music must be off by 10:30PM
For Weekday and Sundays, All guest must be gone by 10PM, music off by 9:30 PM

We request that you please do not use any materials that will damage or pull paint off the walls. Including, but not limited to: tape, tacks, nails, screws, etc.

We allow Beer, wine, spritzer, and up to 2 signature drinks

Yes, We are dog friendly. Dogs are allowed (but must be pre-approved) at the ceremony and pictures. Dogs must be on a leash and someone must be responsible for them other than the bride and groom. More details may be discussed at signing.

Yes, candles are allowed as long as the flame is completely contained in a candle holder. Tapered candles and any type of hanging candles will not be allowed for safety reasons.

Yes, we allow sparklers. Please no fireworks of any kind.
