Let me introduce Jessie Gallegos. Jessie's journey began alongside her high school sweetheart of 25 years. Their family includes four children—Jaydon, 18; Chase, 16; and twins Eli and Mia, 12; their two dogs, Luna and Geo, and a delightful array of animals, including goats, horses, and chickens that share in the vibrant life on their horse farm.

Jessie dedicated many rewarding years to the role of a labor and delivery nurse, witnessing the miracle of life and new beginnings. After 2020, Jessie felt the strong pull of family and the land. Transitioning from the hospital environment, she began working full time from home for her husband’s concrete business and tending to their farm.  Here, amidst the bustle of rural life and entrepreneurial spirit, Jessie's long-standing passion for gardening and greenhouses took root in a new and exciting direction. Driven by a desire to create something beautiful and unique, she wanted to create a place where couples could come together as two becoming one. At first she wanted to build a barn (being they have a horse farm), but there are already so many beautiful barn venues around. She wanted something that stood out from the conventional venues in the area. Jessie envisioned a place where beginnings could be celebrated under the lush canopy of nature. Thus was born the concept of The Greenhouse at Arrow's Farm, a testament to her vision of love, nature, and the celebration of life's most cherished moments.

Just as she once experienced the blessings of newborns taking their first breath, Jessie now opens the doors of her greenhouse, to couples, excited to see them embracing the blessings of love. It's here that beginnings are celebrated, promises are made, and love stories bloom with the same tenderness and hope that Jessie has always cherished.

She hopes to share a piece of her dream, a place where the beauty of nature and the joy of human connection intertwine to create unforgettable memories.
